To secure a booking 25% deposit, with the balance payable up to 8 weeks before your stay. There is a refundable security deposit of 25% of rental amount and returned with 7 days after checkout against breakable or damage.


GITES
Les Deux Chevaux and Loge du Chauffeur Rates are weekly.
LaCour rates are weekly.
Lets are Saturday to Saturday. A deposit of 35% is required to confirm reservation.
Balance 8 weeks before arrival. Preferred method of payment-euro, paypal, or bank transfer.
Personal euro cheques drawn on a French bank are also accepted.
Rate includes a welcome dinner on Sunday night.

B & B’s
Lavande rates are per night and include French breakfast daily.
Minimum stay 3 nights. Payment terms are the same as the Gites.
Discounted rates for stays longer than 3 nights.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of 300 Euro is payable before arrival. This will be refunded in full within 2
weeks of departure less the cost of any damage, breakages or cleaning charge, should
the property not be left in a reasonable state.

The pool is heated from May-October.
